			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<!-- Start Shareaholic LikeButtonSetTop Automatic --><!-- End Shareaholic LikeButtonSetTop Automatic --><p>CEO of Vision on A Mission and social activist, Wayne Chance, spoke with FC Santa Rosa&#8217;s Under 14, Under 16, Under 18 team, and parents today (Saturday 19 May 2012) at the auditorium of Arima North Seconday School. Chance focused on the key isues of conflict and conflict management, peer pressure, the role of dedicated passion and ambition in personal success, the role of parents in child development, and second Life chances.</p>
<p>Chance spoke about his own incarceration as a teenager and the events leading to it with clarity and urgency, and he interacted with his youthful audience prompting answers to his questions and fielding theirs in turn. He thanked FC Santa Rosa for being the first Arima organization to extend an invitation to speak with the youth of his hometown.</p>

The matches will be played at 10AM, 2.00PM and 4.00PM respectively. FC Santa Rosa won the Under 15 and Under 17 divisions in 2011, and fiished third in the Under 13 category.</p>

Chance established Vision on A Mission after serving an eight year prison sentence. While in prison he studied religion and conducted religious education classes for inmates. He was the first inmate to be ordained a minister of religion while in prison. Following his discharge Chance became a motivational speaker and an activist against crime. He conducts anti-crime programmes and programmes for the rehabilitation of those who are prisoners and ex-prisoners.</p>
<p>Vision on Mission provides a halfway house for ex-prisoners and deportees as well as job placement and other services for ex-prisoners. It provides academic, vocational and other courses as well as counseling to inmates. Vision on A Mission also assists in reconciling offenders with victims and their relatives. The organization conducts a weekly radio programme titled &#8220;Restorative Justice&#8221; on which Chance and his guests engage in discussions about topical issues of crime, penal reform, politics and social issues.</p>

Forward Kendall Sealy, and midfielders Richard &#8220;Animal&#8221; Inniss and Jeremy &#8220;Fifty Cent&#8221; McMeo signed with Santa Rosa on Tuesday and are already participating in pre-season training. Sealy is a strong and skillful forward with a eye for goal, while Inniss and McMeo are hard-working, ball handlers who will help to organize the Big Cannons midfield.</p>
<p>Santa Rosa meets Malabar FC on 20 May in the first match of of an exhibition tournament for the Vernon Bain Challenge Cup, which opens the Eastern FA 2012 season. The other teams in the tournament are Maloney FC and WASA FC. The Big Cannons won the 2011 edition of the tournament.</p>

After claiming the 2011-2012 Eastern FA Premier Division title in February 2012, Santa Rosa participated in the TTFF&#8217;s Champion of Champions tournament and won promotion to the national league on 14 March 2012. On opening day the Big Cannons will travel to Maracas-St. Joseph to take on Real Maracas at 4.00PM.</p>
<p>FC Santa Rosa&#8217;s home venue remains the Stadio di Rosa (UTT, O&#8217;Meara) and the Big Cannon home schedule in the twelve team league includes the following matches:</p>
